General Information
Commissions make take anywhere between 2 days to 2 months to complete unless otherwise statedI reserve the right to refuse a commission with or without reasonI reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission for any reason, in which the payment will be refunded based on refund policyThe final product is for personal use only, commercial use is strictly prohibitedIf the client wants to post the final product, they must use proper credits, plainly stating the artist and/or a link back to meI hold full rights over the artwork and ownership of the artwork and can be posted in my gallery and/or used for publicityCustomer Use Policy
Client Can do:
Use the final product as an icon/avatar on social mediaCrop or slightly edit the final product as long as proper credit is still givenPrint out the final product for personal useClient Can NOT do:
Use the final product for any commercial useClaim the final product as their own workEdit the final product to claim as their own workNSFW Content
The buyer must be over the age of 18 to request NSFW content by law of the United StatesIf the buyer is underaged then they will be permanently banned from purchasing from me in the future, including after they reach the age of 18NSFW content may not contain underaged characters or characters who may appear underaged. Aging up underaged characters is prohibitedNSFW content may not include loli or shota contentNSFW content may not include rape or bestiality, (Teratophilia/Feral is acceptable)Payment
Payments will be accepted through the following:
-Paypal
-StripePartial/half payments are allowed on pieces that are $40 or more. The remaining payment must be sent before the final product will be givenAlternative payment options will not be accepted, this includes Deviantart Points, trades, art, game currency, etcRefunds
If the buyer chooses to cancel their commission within 48 hours of payment and/or the commission has not yet been started, they will receive a full refundIf I choose to discontinue a commission for any reason, the buyer will receive up to a 50% refund based on how much progress had been made
